AAA 26, part last
I had heard that rain would become part of my return trip later in the afternoon so I packed up and left early.
The air was cool as I looked back across the cabins and the lake were we had stayed, still able to hear the names of the gods hailed aloud, and that sound echoing across the water to ring around Midgard.
I turned away from that great week spent with so many good folk and focused on my long journey back to GA.
The temperature was in the low 70s and the sky was cloudy. The rain came after Chattanooga and it came heavy and constant for the next two and a half hours. By the time I pulled into my driveway, my hands were tight from the firm grip I held on the wheel in such a driving rain. But safe and sound I found myself home, in the arms of meine mann, and joyed to be there.
I went with who I am and what I represent, and returned with so much more!
Live Deliberately!
